It feels absolutely wonderful and extremely powerful to be able to give myself emotional intimacy, self care, all the love in the world, and to be able to protect myself with my high level of dialog. I am re-raising myself and under my own care, as I respond with ability to give myself all of my emotional dependency needs. It is so comforting to know that I can do this with as much duration, frequency and intensity as I see fit! I am powerful beyond measure feeling very safe, sane, and secure in the world!!
